My interest in hypnotherapy began several years ago having previously had sessions myself, enabling me to remain calm and stress free on my wedding day. It worked a treat! A family member had also stopped smoking following a single session of hypnosis and so I was intrigued as to how powerful this therapy was.  I had been working as a dental hygienist for over 20 years and it wasn't until seeing an advert in 2019 for Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnotherapy that I decided to take the plunge and enrolled on the course. I loved every second of the comprehensive training and now enjoy working with my own clients, helping them to make successful life changes.
